All items must be clean, stain-free, odor-free, and in excellent condition. Liz Co Consignment may
refuse any item. Pricing is at the shop’s discretion.
2. PRICING & DISCOUNTS
Items are discounted automatically: 25% off after 30 days, 50% off after 60 days.
3. CONSIGNMENT PERIOD
90 days from list date.
4. COMMISSION & PAYOUT
Consignor receives 40% of final sale price. Liz Co Consignment retains 60%. Payments issued
monthly on the 1st.
5. UNSOLD ITEMS
All unsold items after 90 days will be donated. No returns.
6. LIABILITY
Liz Co Consignment is not responsible for loss, theft, fire, or damage.
7. ITEM OWNERSHIP & SAFETY
Consignor confirms ownership and that items are safe and not recalled.
8. Unsold items are donated locally after 90+ days, not donated to GOODWILL!
